The Claw CrossFit Open!

The 2023 CrossFit Open is right around the corner! Every year we host a Friday Night Lights event for us all to push ourselves and cheer along our peers! This is an amazing and fun way to showcase all of your hard work every year! This year we are also adding teams! Sign up for The Open and compete on an assigned team to battle for points and bragging rights!

What is The CrossFit Open?: The Crossfit competition season kicks off with the CrossFit Open, a three-week international competition where anyone - regardless of fitness level or ability - can compete in the biggest fitness competition in history!

• The Crossfit Open is for all athletes, ages, body types, and ability levels!
• Bring out the best of you, cheer on your peers, and create amazing memories during this worldwide event!
• Every Friday evening for 3 weeks (2/17, 2/24, 3/3), join us for a "Friday Night Lights" style workout during The Open! You can workout or watch and cheer on your peers! Friday Night Lights & Team Sign-Up Details:

This year, we are hosting teams! Sign up here to register HERE and receive a T-Shirt in vour team color!

Everyone will be assigned teams, if you and your family would like to be on the same team, please talk to a coach and they will process your request.

Cost is $10 per person to cover the cost of your t-shirt! Your Wodify account will be charged after registration

There will be 4 teams total!

• Red Team
• Yellow Team
• Blue Team
• Green Team

Competition starts every Friday at 5 PM! (Dates: 2/17, 2/24, 3/3)
