The Alpine Grind

The 4th Annual Alpine Grind is going to be bigger and badder than ever before! Teams of 4 (2 Guys/2 Girls) Rx and Scaled divisions. Anything worth doing is worth overdoing, and we believe that to be true as you will see.

Standards: RX Working weight Deadlift 225/155 Snatch 135/95 Clean & Jerk 155/105 Pull ups, Chest to bar pull ups, toes to bar, HSPU, Double Unders, Rope Climbs, OHS, KBS Box Jumps. At least 2 athletes must be able to complete a Muscle up (Bar and Ring). Scaled: Working Weight Deadlifts 155/105 Snatch 95/65 Clean and Jerk 105/75 Knee raises, push ups, single unders, OHS, KBS, Box jump or step ups. At least 2 athletes must be able to complete a pull up.
