Tell us about yourself Victoria!

Hi, my name is Victoria Hernandez, I am 19 years old and I have grown up in Enumclaw, WA. I have been competitive and driven for as long as I can remember. I started gymnastics when I was 6 years old and did it for 12 years. I also played volleyball for 6 years, one of those years being at Lewis and Clark College. I have always loved competing and working with those around me, and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing those around me have fun and succeed as well. I found CrossFit in 2015, my senior year of high school. It changed my life and for the better in every way. I find it so invigorating and challenging to push myself every day to do better and create new goals for myself. Being done with my other sports, CrossFit has provided the perfect outlet for me to continue to evolve physically and mentally as a young woman. Two of my favorite parts of CrossFit are weightlifting and gymnastics movements, they are always hard and fun, but there's always something to work on too. I competed in my first competition in October 2017 and ever since then I've had a new drive/dedication to CrossFit and being the best athlete I can be. I completed my L1 course in September 2017 and I have loved sharing my knowledge and passion with those around me. My goal is to motivate others to be the best they can be and always be a positive influence on those I coach.
